Neurofeedback is a therapy that shows us brain activity on a screen or lets us “hear it” through headphones. This therapy helps improve sleep quality, mood and even our attention span. For example, a person suffering from anxiety can improve their state when the brain waves are guided to a state of calm.
However, some people still do not trust this treatment because they consider that there are still many things to develop.
“This is the only thing I’ve tried that’s given me any relief.”
