Virtual Conference: Climate Courage and Mental Health

On March 29 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, Dr. Anne Hallward will present “Climate Courage and Mental Health”, a virtual conference in which she will speak about how to deal with the mental health problems that climate change generates.

The idea arose thanks to her website Safe Space Radio (SafeSpaceRadio.com), after listening to her patients once per week in their psychotherapy sessions. For this reason, in the conference the participants will learn to take measures to deal with the anxiety, stress and uncertainty caused by climate change, in order to face them and generate solutions for their lives.

This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required. To learn more and to register for the Zoom link, visit https://bit.ly/ClimateCourageandMentalHealth

“…Now in 2022, I am hearing about it from my patients almost every day. People’s sense of the future feels so much more fraught and vulnerable. We have entered a new era where taking action to address climate change has become an important step to preserve mental health.”
