The Mental Health of Entrepreneurs is Bankrupt
A recent study of entrepreneurs by the University of San Francisco, found that 72% of the participants stated that they had a mental health problem. Anxiety, depression or even fear, among other emotions, affected most entrepreneurs.
These effects on emotional wellbeing, according to the study, are caused by the uncertainty of entrepreneurs, the problems that undertaking entails, and anxiety due to difficulties along the way. Therefore, it is suggested that these people seek support from professionals who can help them mix their work with their mental wellbeing.

“An entrepreneur’s mental health is often overlooked, and so is the need for a social life. This is because many entrepreneurs are so focused on their work that they do not have time to focus on their mental health or important relationships (in their minds).”
