Prince William Committed to the Mental Health of Players in Qatar 2022
We are approaching the Qatar 2022 World Cup, an event that focuses the attention of different worldwide personalities on the mental health of the players. In this occasion, it was Prince William, who sat down with England’s players to talk about how they feel about this important championship.
It is worth mentioning that the Prince previously led a campaign –called Heads Up- that culminated in the 2020 FA Cup at London’s Wembley Stadium. For him, this sport teaches how to deal with defeat, anxiety and even depression.
“Handling some of those really disappointing England results in the past, that was hard, I found that really difficult, because again the same euphoria that we had comes crashing down.”
