T-Mobile Supports Mental Health with Innovative Initiatives

T-Mobile is prioritizing mental health by implementing various initiatives. They are expanding their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide counseling and resources to employees facing mental health challenges. Additionally, they have developed an app to make the 988 emergency lifeline call to help employees manage stress and improve resilience.

T-Mobile is also partnering with mental health organizations to raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. These efforts reflect the growing recognition of the importance of mental wellbeing in the workplace.

“We spoke with April about her experience with depression through her brother’s struggle, as well as her own following his death, and how working both personally and professionally to raise awareness for 988 is a way for her to honor his memory and the recent anniversary of his passing by helping others suffering from mental health issues.”
