Tips for your mental health during quarantine

Quarantine and social distancing is the constant behavior a few months ago of all of us, while different governments around the world make efforts to find a solution to the coravirus pandemic.

What governments can do

Quarantine measures effectively, while minimizing the duration and ensuring sufficient supplies. Michael Friedman, associate professor at Columbia School of Social Work in New York, have called on officials to do more by creating sub-groups to assist with behavioral health.

What employers can do

Ronni Zehavi, CEO of HR platform Hibob said “workplaces and HR teams specifically should practice clear communication and disseminate updates regarding the virus and current protocols and inform their staff of time and attendance measures”.

What individuals can do

  • Limit media intake
  • Take care of your body
  • Prepare medical supplies
  • Avoid burnout
  • Focus on the positives
