Reading, a Good Mental Health Exercise

Reading helps us to have better mental health. Now that we are observing Mental Awareness Health Month, it is important to remember the benefits that this activity has for us, for our mind.

Among them, there are benefits such as avoiding loneliness, clearing the mind, providing tranquility and having organization. To do this, you can choose from this list of  books such as Heart Berries, Broken (in the best possible way), The Undocumented Americans, Rust: A Memoir of Steel and Grit, I am Telling the Truth but I am Lying, Know my Name, among many others.

“Every May, Mental Health Awareness Month focuses on bringing attention to how mental health plays such a huge role in everyone’s life.”
