Mental Health and Workers in the US

A Gallup survey made to 16,000 workers in the US, showed that almost half of them have mental health problems originating at work.

The results showed, for example, how women tend to be more affected than men in their emotional wellbeing by work related factors. In addition, among the feelings that exist are anxiety, depression and anger. “While nearly one in five Americans struggle with mental health in some way, the need to provide resources and treat it is vital.”
