Nearly half of Americans report that financial issues are impacting their mental health, with 47% experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression due to money concerns, according to Bankrate’s Money and Mental Health survey. Inflation and rising prices are the top worries for 65% of respondents, while 60% stress everyday expenses like groceries and utilities.

The stress can be even more unfathomable for the main financial contributor of the family.”
