Companies, Pay Attention to the Mental Health of Your Employees

The pandemic has highlighted the mental health problems that we can all have, especially employees who are increasingly stressed. What was surprising was that a survey conducted by the Society of Human Resources Executives confirmed that more than 91% of the employees questioned confirmed that they received mental health services in their company.

The invitation to companies in the United States to continue helping with such services  is so as not to repeat the Kentucky Case, in which a company was forced to pay $450,000 to an employee who was fired for having an anxiety disorder.
