Sharing With Others, a Good Therapy for Our Mental Health

An investigation published by the American Psychology Association shows that receiving unexpected calls from friends generates feelings of happiness and fulfillment in us, and helps to relieve stress and anxiety, even more now after the pandemic.

The study also shows that interacting with others helps us have better memory and avoid neurogenerative diseases. On the other hand, the New York Times points that we have to take the opportunity to look at the people that we have around us, to learn to stay away from those who are toxic.
