“Wellbeing is not just the absence of disease or illness. It’s a complex combination of a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life.” The following factors enhance a person’s wellbeing: Happy intimate relationship with a partner, network of close friends, enjoyable and fulfilling career, enough money, regular exercise, nutritional diet, enough sleep, spiritual or religious beliefs, fun hobbies, and leisure pursuits, etc.”

According to Discover Wisconsin, “becoming aware of the mind-body-spirit connection is our most powerful tool in fostering life balance, it is through this connection we find strength, love, inner peace, courage, wellness and can be whole in the most important areas of life. It’s important to highlight, as Medium affirms, “our entire health and happiness are strongly influenced by our mental and emotional wellbeing to express efficiently is crucial for keeping equilibrium. Utilizing stress-reduction strategies like mindfulness training, meditation, deep breathing exercises, or relaxing hobbies can help lower stress levels and improve mental clarity. So, how can we identify when our mental, physical, or spiritual health is out of balance? Here are seven of those spiritual symptoms: “Emptiness; negligence; ego; fault finding or backbiting; apathy; imbalance; prejudices.” Additionally, poor mental health can take a toll on your body and increase your risk for chronic conditions:”
